I stayed two nights. the location was quite good. it was on the south side, allowing morning sun exposure. i took the water bus from the station, steps from the hotel. This avoided a cumbersome walk with luggage. the staff was helpful and responsive with dining suggestions. they even offered to reserve places for us!
the economy room was adequate, but nothing special. the view was of the adjacent building. the tv was crooked on the wall. wires were hanging out.

i had a superior double or twin room. the room had floor-to-ceiling curtains that filtered light effectively, so i could sleep in late. i liked the well-priced breakfast. also, the staff was very attentive to all my needs. the room design was very pretty too.
The walls are not especially soundproofed. I could hear noises from the surrounding rooms.

the concierge arranged a water taxi, it was acceptable.
i felt quite let down. i booked a panoramic double room with outdoor jacuzzi. i was shocked at the lack of space in the room. my partner had to keep his case on the balcony. there was no handle on the outside door to get back in from the balcony.
